James L Williams Middle East (JLW) is looking for a dedicated and experienced Timekeeper to support our project teams by ensuring the accurate recording, monitoring, and reporting of workforce attendance and timekeeping activities.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and maintain daily and weekly manpower attendance reports.
Monitor employee attendance, working hours, and workforce allocation records.
Review and verify timesheets for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.
Process attendance data from biometric systems and maintain accurate master timesheets.
Conduct attendance spot checks to verify workforce presence on site.
Review subcontractor attendance records and identify discrepancies where required.
Coordinate overtime documentation and ensure proper approvals are obtained.
Support leave administration and maintain updated workforce records.
Arrange workforce transportation and assist with site administration activities as required.
Ensure timely submission of attendance and payroll-related records to support smooth project operations.
Requirements
High School Certificate or equivalent.
3–4 years of experience in a similar Timekeeping or Site Administration role.
Experience working in construction, engineering, MEP or Data Centre project environments is preferred.
Strong attention to detail with excellent record-keeping and reporting skills.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced site environment and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
